The Hall of Fame award was introduced to recognise the efforts of eminent personalities in the Indian community and to honour them. It honours a Kiwi Indian who has immensely contributed to the development and progress of not only the Indian community but also New Zealand.

The Kiwi Indian Friend of India award is presented to individuals who are not of Indian origin but have made significant contributions towards strengthening ties with the Kiwi Indian community. Through their work, support, and dedication, they have promoted Indian culture, values, and community welfare in New Zealand.
This award was launched in 2015.

The Kiwi Indian Young Achiever is bestowed upon a young Kiwi Indian, between the age of 16 and 35, who has done exceptionally well in his/her field, be it academics, sports, art, culture or community service. This award was launched in 2015.

The Kiwi Indian Business Leader of the Year award is presented to an individual who has demonstrated outstanding leadership, innovation, and success in the business sector. This award recognises those who have made a significant impact through their entrepreneurial vision, contributed to economic growth, and inspired others within the Kiwi Indian community.

The Kiwi Indian Arts, Culture & Heritage Award is presented to individuals who have made outstanding contributions in promoting and preserving Indian arts, culture, and heritage in New Zealand. This award recognises those who keep traditions alive, inspire creativity, and strengthen cultural connections within the Kiwi Indian community.

The Kiwi Indian Community Organisation of the Year award is dedicated to those organisations who contribute immensely towards the society- be it for the Kiwi Indian culture, education, heritage or religion. These organisations keep the Kiwi Indians connected to their roots and help those in need.
This award was launched in 2021.

The Kiwi Indian Community Service Excellence award is dedicated to those individuals who contribute immensely towards the society but have not been recognised for their efforts. They are the masked heroes of the society who have dedicated their entire life to serving our community. This award was launched in 2017.
